This painting of Mount Everest was inspired by John 1:5 - ‘The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.’ Even the world’s highest peak, cloaked in winter’s shadow, cannot dim the quiet strength of light. It’s a reminder that Christ’s presence reaches even the most remote and rugged places of our lives.
